Our WORK

Have a read through some case studies of our previous work below.

Our client has offices all over the UK and a workforce that includes remote engineers in independent roles. Recognising the loneliness that can occur within these independent positions, our client has recently initiated efforts to bring together the team and create personal connections.

To this end, the company has organised an annual event designed to bring employees together, encouraging team building and interpersonal interactions beyond their screens.

Our client in the design and tech industry values long service and embeds reward and recognition into their culture. To show appreciation for long service employees, the client invites them along to an annual award ceremony. This was put on hold due to the COVID pandemic in 2020 but returned in 2023. They had backlog due to the hiatus so decided to host two events per year to bring them up to date.

We took over this event from the incumbent agency to deliver better outcomes and client satisfaction.

We’ve worked with our client in the construction industry for seven years, delivering their UK venue finding and events programme. In more recent years we’ve been working with a joint venture responsible for a large construction project in England.

In November 2021, the joint venture approached veSpace, recognising the need for a more logistical and structured approach in delivering their events due to the high volume of veSpace-supported events, allowing the internal team to focus on other business priorities.

We were the first time they had used a UK agency.

In the competitive landscape of financial services and investment, establishing a strong brand identity and an engaging online presence can be a significant factor in attracting and retaining clients.

We were tasked to set up branding and a website for Stichill Capital, a new venture of a previous client of ours. He came to us with the name of the business and the vision and left the rest up to us. He trusted that our team of creative experts would produce a brand that fit his vision and looked good too.

Our creative team produced a selection of logos, colours, and font options for our client to choose from before using those designs to create a specialist website.

We have worked with MAN Truck & Bus for more than 30 years, delivering their meetings and events programme. MAN Truck & Bus are one of our first clients since Anita and Chris Lowe started their first agency in 1989, and we’re delighted to see this relationship thrive as we continue to evolve their events with new innovative concepts.

The 2023 Leadership Conference is the third of this kind of event for approximately 40 of their top leaders. We first delivered this event post-Covid at the Cotswold Waterpark Hotel where it was important to diminish any use of technology and have people engage with each other in the room.

The concept for this event was of a similar format. MAN don’t like this event to have a big production focus, it’s all about people and allowing their people to feel involved and that they feel empowered and that they have a vital role to play.

veSpace’s first Company Conference, held at Hilton Heathrow Terminal 5, was themed ‘Winning With Sales’. The Senior Leadership Team took this opportunity to introduce the Company to their latest three-year strategy to streamline operations and maximise success.

Anita Lowe, CEO, was keen to make the team building activity at the conference something that everyone would learn from. After knowing Simon for a number of years, Anita knew that Eagle’s Flight would be the perfect team to bring everyone together whilst learning valuable lessons.

As the conference had a focus on sales and teamwork, the veSpace team got an activity that allowed them to work in small teams together to sell and trade products to other teams to make profit.
