At veSpace we take pride in the work we do to support students during their studies. Working with universities include University of Essex and Edinburgh Napier University, we’re able to provide many placements opportunities across all divisions of the business, giving them first-hand experience.

We don’t stop there. We will always try to remain in contact with our students and when job opportunities within the business arise, we can reach out to them directly. They have the knowledge and experience of working with us, we like to continue this development where we can. 

With this in mind, we’re delighted to share the news that one of our students is now joining us as Marketing Executive here are veSpace. 

Lucy has been with the team from January 2022 where she began on a placement from Edinburgh Napier University as a Marketing Assistant. After her 20-week placement, we kept her on part-time through the remaining year of her studies. Having just graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in International Festival and Event Management, she has all-rounder knowledge in events and marketing which makes her a great fit into the team.

“I am truly delighted to have been invited to stay on in the veSpace team. Despite being based remotely in Edinburgh, I feel such a strong connection with the team and have built up lasting relationships with many individuals. My placement through ENU was integral to this role as without it, I would not have developed my skills in marketing and be able to take on a Marketing Executive role following my graduation. I am very thankful to Anita, Suzi and the veSpace team for taking me on as a placement student and allowing me to grow and learn to get to where I am now.”
