We have launched an in-house Delegate Division, led by our newly recruited Delegate Dynamics Director, Emily Campbell.
The launch is part of our commitment to manage our entire service offering in-house, and continuously enhance client experience and event delivery, plus lead the way in revisualising the industry. We will be part of an industry work group and client working groups, with an aim to evolve the current offering to ensure a seamless process that links the delegate journey together in one platform.
Along with enhancing the delegate event journey – from initial communications to registration and delegate management – the new division will free up time for our talented event managers who have historically managed website builds and apps for their client events. This ensures our team are focusing on their expertise and our clients benefit.
Emily Campbell, our new Delegate Dynamics Director, joins us with a wealth of digital and event project management experience. She has successfully managed several technical platforms, created engaging live/virtual meetings and events, and has extensive communication, registration and meeting app experience. Emily’s knowledge and comprehensive understanding of onsite technology management make her the ideal candidate to lead a division that manages pre-, during and post-event delegate touchpoints.
Kim Cavilla, our COO, is delighted by the launch of the new division and welcomes Emily to the team, “Our client working party informs our event management development roadmap, and we spent time to truly understand their desires, goals, and how they want to see us evolve. The launch of our Delegate division was an obvious step from those discussions, and I’m excited to see what Emily will deliver.
“We wanted to invest in a high player in this field with both agency and client experience to help lead the change. Emily’s background means she understands client frustrations, challenges, and what they want from an event management specialist, and I’m certain she will look at the wider picture, and implement the best solutions.”
Emily talks about her excitement about joining the team, “I’ve watched veSpace evolve and appreciate that excellence in event delivery is at the heart of everything they do. When this position arose, it was an obvious choice, and I’m excited to grow the new division from its infancy to influence its strategic direction.
Anita Lowe, CEO, is encouraged by the journey the company is on, “Following the successful partnership with Chilled Events last year, we continue to grow our service offering, and the launch of our Delegate Division is one of the many exciting projects we have in the pipeline. I’m excited for what 2024 has in store for us and our clients.”
