Our Venue Spotlight takes us to Escapade Silverstone, the circuit’s new hotel offering on-site accommodation for an immersive F1 experience.
Creative Producer, Alex, recently paid a visit to Silverstone and got a sneaky peek around their new accommodation, Escapade. Here’s what he learned about the exciting new venue…

Silverstone opens Escapade Silverstone on 29th July 2024, offering accommodation for those clients who seek an elevated and immersive experience into the world of motorsport. The perfect space for innovators and leaders wishing to blend business and leisure.
Escapade will feature a collection of 60 one-four-bedroom residences available for short term or long term lets. Guests can choose the location of their residence from a trackside view to a countryside landscape for a serene stay. Residences include an open plan kitchenette, outdoor terrace with unbeatable views of the track, and private parking for your own vehicles.
To top it off, Escapade has a track-facing 24 hour gym, 15m swimming pool, sauna, and a range of wellness suites. Also on-site there is ESC, Escapade’s restaurant serving food all day to energise and naturally fuel guests. The menu is packed with British ingredients, created by Chef Adam Bateman.
Delivering Experiential Events
The venue has seen more and more agencies want to create more consumer-style festivals for their clients. Their space is perfect for this. With 600 acres of outdoor event space, huge indoor spaces, and a variety of AV tech.
Silverstone can offer authentic motorsport activities including VR simulators allowing delegates to race against each other on the famous Silverstone racetrack with real-life, timed pitstop challenges. Or why not get delegates to try an actual pitstop challenge. In this challenge, the team has to work efficiently together to change the tyres of a replica F1 car against the clock.
A more relaxed activity on offer (depending on how competitive your delegates are) is giant digital Scalextric to pit delegates against each other – may the fastest car win! Alternatively, give attendees the full F1 experience with a driving experience. Here, individuals can try their hand at driving a Ferrari, Aston Martin, McLaren, and more on the racetrack. An event at Silverstone isn’t always motorsport themed either. They’ve had cycling on the track, mini-golf in the garages and even yoga in the paddock. The sky really is the limit.
