Exciting news for veSpace as our Client Strategy Officer, Chris Parnham, has been announced as the new Chair for Meeting Needs effective from 1st June 2023.

Meeting Needs is a registered charity founded by leading figures in the UK conference and events Industry. The objective of Meeting Needs is to raise funds for worthy causes championed by event professionals relevant to the events industry. They are proud of the way that they have united the Meetings, Incentive, Conference and Events industry behind a common cause.

Chris shares his excitement on the announcement. “I am absolutely delighted and flattered to be invited to take over the Chair of Meeting Needs. Having supported and raised significant funds as part of my previous association roles, I am very excited to move to the cliff face and really add value to this amazingly worthwhile and relevant charity. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary year, I look forward to uniting our industry behind Meeting Needs, and helping to shape the charity so that it is more than fit for the next 20 years.”

Anita is proud to support Chris in this new role. “This couldn’t have come at a better time after Chris fulfilled the 2022 SITE GB President role, he will therefore continue to have an active role in the industry representing veSpace. We all wish him the best of luck, and can’t wait to see what amazing things he will set out to achieve for Meeting Needs.”
