We are ecstatic to reveal that we have achieved exceptional results in the latest Investors in People survey and retained the We Invest in People accreditation.
The survey, which measures employee engagement and organisational performance, gave us top marks across all nine indicators and placed the company well ahead of the Investors in People and sector averages.
The survey highlighted our achievements in several key areas, including leadership, employee empowerment, culture, performance management, continuous improvement, top-down commitment to staff wellbeing, and a successful Emerging Talent Programme. Our team responded overwhelmingly positively to the survey, with 99% expressing satisfaction with the company’s leadership and inspiring culture.
Our CEO Anita Lowe said: “We were delighted to introduce new values at the beginning of this year, with three companies coming together to shape a new combined identity. These values came through loud and clear during the survey, along with an ethos of strong customer service, best-in-class service, and high-quality events.
“It is evident that our employees share a strong teamworking and collaboration ethic and a culture where people support each other, and willingly pass on their knowledge, skills and experience. This latest achievement cements the work we’ve been doing to become one team, and provides a space where our people feel safe, supported, and motivated to deliver professional and quality services aligned to clients’ needs and expectations.”
Dave Pegler, Investors in People Practitioner, praised us for achieving such a strong benchmark score despite the recent challenging and difficult period, and congratulated everyone on the successful assessment and continued accreditation. He also praised the veSpace team for their passionate and inspiring leadership, the focused, accountable, and skilled staff pulling together as a team, and the company’s commitment to client focus and customer service.
