Event Spaces

Ashton Gate Stadium provides the ultimate meeting and events experience. A premier conference and events venue, our stadium features a wide range of modern function rooms for both corporate and private hire. As one the largest event spaces in the South West, Ashton Gate has a room or area to meet all possible requirements – from corporate annual dinners and exhibitions to team building activities and pitch side stage events.

Ashton Gate has a variety of event spaces, including the concourse. This is a purpose-built U-Shape concourse area that joins three stands together internally with over 3,500 square metres of space and is perfect for large scale conferences, events, and exhibitions. The space has ground floor access, full air conditioning, plenty of natural daylight, and free Wi-Fi. Have a look at their exhibition spaces.

Sustainability

Ashton Gate is involved in a sustainable initiative called Project Whitebeam. Project Whitebeam is a joint effort across the sporting group to recognise, measure and mitigate their impact on the environment. The Bears, City, Flyers, Ashton Gate and Bristol Sport are working together and the clubs have signed up to the UN Sport for Climate Action Framework with Race to Zero targets of halving their carbon footprint by 2030 and being net zero by 2040.

Bek’s Overview of Ashton Gate

“I popped along to Ashton Gate Stadium to see the event space. There are lots of different areas for events including the Sports Bar that can accommodate 400 for a standing reception and screens can be branded or used for presentations. They also have the concourse areas that can be used for exhibitions, concerts, conferences etc. The Lansdown Suite can accommodate 1000 theatre style or 850 for a banquet. They also have the Heineken Lounge with a balcony overlooking the pitch and a number of boxes that also have balconies! They’re developing a new hotel and event space which should be ready by December 2025.”
