We’re continuing our winning streak in 2026! We’re proud to share that our very own Ella Parkinson has been awarded a place on the prestigious Conference & Incentive Travel (C&IT) A List.

The initiative, which has been running for over 15 years, is designed to identify and support emerging talent in the industry.

“The C&IT Agency A-List is always a who’s-who of future leaders,” said C&IT editor Adam Shepherd; “Many A-List alumni from years gone by are now in top-level management, or running their own agencies, so I expect to our 2025 cohort in senior positions before too long.”

Successful candidates were selected based on evidence of innovation, creative vision, and their contribution to agency excellence.
