The 2025 veSpace Partner Summit and the first veSpace Awards!

Monday 24th November saw 180 global venue representatives, suppliers and partners join the veSpace team at the Kia Oval for a day of networking, event industry insights and business updates. For the first time ever, we introduced our very own veSpace Awards, recognising those hardest working partners… Read on for the winners!

Our annual Partner Summit is a key date in the veSpace calendar, where we bring together representatives from across our vast supplier base to share intelligence, build relationships and crucially offer first-hand feedback from our customer panel.

The day began with a welcome and overview of the day from our CSO, Chris Parnham before handing over to a State of the Nation address from CEO, Anita Lowe and COO Kim Cavilla.

Our partners from providers Venue Directory and Cvent, Jason Gutteridge and Oscar Carty provided an overview of the systems they offer and industry trends. A real highlight of the day was our Customer Panel, offering our guests the chance to hear directly from corporate bookers! A huge thanks to Zoe from Wood Mac and Emma from Balfour Beatty for taking the time to join us!

After a plant-based lunch (keeping the footprint of our event low!), guests had the opportunity to pick the brains of our account management team – before going into break-out groups focusing on Large Events, High Volume Bookings and Incentives/Luxury.
