EFL Ticket Giveaway — Promotional Terms (UK)

1. Promoter
   This prize draw (“Promotion”) is administered bySage (UK) Limited, C23 – 5 & 6 Cobalt Park Way, Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE28 9EJ, United Kingdom (“Sage”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Promotion period
   Opens[14thof October] and closes [14th of October]. All attendees will automatically be entered into a prize draw
3. Eligibility
   Open toUK residents aged 18+. One entry per person. Employees of Sage, its group companies, their immediate families/households and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible.No purchase necessary.
4. How to enter
   All attendees will automatically be entered for free into a prize draw during the Promotion Period.
5. Prize
   One (1) prizeoftwo (2) VIP or Standard admission tickets to a 2025/26 English Football League (EFL) match. Fixture, club, date, seating and specific ticket category are subject to availability. Travel, accommodation, subsistence, insurance and any other costs are not included.No cash alternative; prize is non‑transferable and may not be resold.
6. Winner selection
   The winner will be selected in arandom drawfrom all valid entries within 5 working days of the closing date. The draw will be conducted by or under the supervision of an independent person or via a verifiably random computer process, as recommended by the Toolkit.
7. Notification & claim
   The winner will be notified viaemail/phoneusing the details provided on entry and must respond within 14 days to claim. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, we may award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time.
8. Verification & disqualification
   We may require proof of identity/eligibility. We may refuse, remove or disqualify entries that are incomplete, late, invalid, ineligible, or in breach of these terms.
9. Ticket conditions & event changes
   Tickets are issued subject to theEFL and participating club’s ticketing terms, venue regulations, safety and broadcast requirements. Matches may bepostponed, moved or cancelled; where this happens, we will use reasonable efforts to provide an alternative of similar value/experience, but are not liable for failure of third parties to provide the prize.
10. Publicity
    We may publish the winner’sfirst name, surname initial, company and countyand may request reasonable cooperation with publicity. We will honour reasonable privacy concerns.
11. Personal data

12. Third‑party acknowledgement
    TheEnglish Football Leagueis not a sponsor or administrator of this Promotion.
13. General
    These Promotional Termsincorporate and supplementSage’s Promotion General Terms (available at https://www.sage.com/en-gb/legal/terms-and-conditions/). If there is any inconsistency, the General Terms prevail. This Promotion and any disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales with exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts (as set out in the General Terms).
